I am a full time student currently majoring in Computer Games Technology at Birmingham City University.
Since I was a kid, I have been surrounded by numerous consoles, PCs, and video games, which led
me into exploring art and animation. Although I don't have professional experience yet, I strongly believe in the power of interactive experiences and aim to put my artistic and technical experiences to use to develop games that can be enjoyed
by everyone. My passion for games and art nourishes my enthusiasm and dedication to keep on learning
new skills and enhance current ones.
I continuously try to familiarize myself with new technologies and techniques, and I relish every
opportunity to put that knowledge into different projects or studys. I have put a lot of practice
in various fields, including pixel art, digital and traditional art, and animation. I am familiar
with multiple art softwares that are commonly used in the game industry. I am particularly interested
in exploring game development and working with people who share my passion. With my
current major, I will be working on gaining the technical skills that are required in the
industry, and understanding the basis and requirements of video game development. By experimenting with my artistic skills alongside technical projects, I aspire to give back to the community that has inspired me throughout my life. I am excited
about the endless possibilities and the chance to bring my visions to life.
A fun and interesting project which gave me confidence in my pixel art. It greatly helped me in understanding colors and shapes, and how they work with each other to create a vibrant treat to the eye!
Vintage cars are a massive inspiration for me, which I find much more aesthetically pleasing than modern vehicles. The unique shapes that overlap to make vehicles like this always felt like something out of my reach, however it's one of the works that made me realize I can go beyond my comfort zone.
I started my art journey with traditional art, mainly drawing fan art of the games that inspire me. I then transitioned to digital art which was full of artistic opportunity. I had access to an endless range of brushes which I experimented with in works like this one!
One of my most beloved works, I greatly enjoyed putting my two favourites in one frame looking fierceful and fearless, creating a scene that never existed in the original works, purely from imagination and inspiration.
Some other pixel art I worked on. Delicious deserts, a variety of vegetables, and some of my favourite dairy (yes, I love cheese!). This project is something I hope to make use of in a pixel art game!
